“What a wonderful staff”

“Clean room”

“Beautiful place, great customer service.”

“We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We arrived at the airport much earlier in the day then check in time. I contacted Palladio De Luca staff to ask if we could drop off our luggage early and then come back to check in at 3pm and received a reply shortly after. They also asked if I had a rental car, which I said no I didn’t plan on renting a car. I was then informed that getting a taxi is not an option at Fasano train station and they can send me a cab to be picked up. I was provided...

“Superb from start to finish.”

“10/10!”

“The room was very charming, the staff was helpful. I didn’t have to use the air conditioning during my stay. There was parking available on the street nearby just before you get to GianLuis. Easily accessible, walkable. to the coffee shops restaurants and the old town. I highly recommend GianLuis.”

“Nice breakfast”

“We were independent travellers not part of a group but this hotel mainly seemed to cater for large groups. It's a great location for exploring the area but a car is needed. The rooms are ok, clean, good bathroom, bed a bit hard but generally ok for a few days. (Sadly our room overlooked the pavilion where parties took place several times and this made it very noisy until late. There was no warning from staff or any kind of apology.) Breakfast was adequate but often cleared away by 9am despite...
