"Very clean room. Sky TV watchable in Junior Suite. Breakfast was various and wonderful. Outside street parking is possible, but I parked in the garage which cost additional 15EUR. To get to the room, it was like a labyrinth."

"Definitely recommend this quaint family owned B&B, conveniently located very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It is very well maintained and kept very clean (thorough room service). My family is from the U.S. and Villa Oasi felt like an authentic Italian experience. The Villa Oasi family (Filippo and company) were very warm and personable. They made us feel like we were family and accommodated us on 2 occasions by preparing breakfast earlier than scheduled so we were able to keep our plans. They were even able to get our young children, who have extreme anxiety eating in unusual places, to eat breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Communication with the host was good but they don’t let you use the air conditioning even though they say it’s included. The room was too hot and there was no airflow from the window. “Breakfast” is packaged pastries and crackers. Nothing substantial. Everything could use an update. "
