Very clean and comfortable

It was lovely and the view of our room was amazing, the only issue was that we didn't receive any information about WIFI in the hotel. But everything else was perfect. Lovely staff, amazing location, and very clean room.

Great area but property run down. Plumbing not adequate, roof leak problems, hard to communicate in English, loose dog in property and too hot (no A/C). Better places available, keep looking...

I love small town - FAUGLIA, near Pisa.

Very relaxing small town in the middle of greenery with beautiful sunrise. It is located 20mins from Pisa, Livorno and sea! Then easy to go to see other lovely Towns of the Tuscany. The Villa Poggione is very lovely and relaxation place! You feel be in a castle! Good price! The owner of the villa are very friendly and always ready to help you in any situation! Really we had great time there. Then will be nice go back there with my friends! In Town are very good 2 place to eat - Pizzeria -PIZZICCOTTO and Restaurant - Gattaiola!!!! Lovely!

Bellissima villa d'epoca con lampadari stupendi in ferro battuto, camera molto bella con bagno in camera, l'unica pecca il caldo nn c'era aria codizionata neppure un apparecchio anche provvisorio visto che la villa é tutelata dalle belle arti ed esterni nn sono ammessi

nella villa toscana

Un ottimo albergo in un'antica villa toscana, con ampi spazi esterni tra giardino, parco e grande corte a mosaico. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi, luminosi e freschi. si sale lo scalone tra pareti coperte di quadri molto belli. Il personale e i proprietari sanno metterti a tuo agio.

Esperienza al Poggione

Abbiamo alloggiato al Poggione per partecipare ad un matrimonio celebrato presso la stessa struttura. Nonostante fossimo l'unica prenotazione della struttura (bassissima stagione) sembrava che al momento del check-in non fossero per nulla pronti ad accoglierci. Al momento del nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno in reception pur essendo l'orario indicato per il check-in. Ci è stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato e siamo stati invitati a pagare 7 euro al giorno per la colazione. Colazione per lo più a base di pane raffermo burro e marmellata che ci è stata servita in una location improvvisata e solo dopo una nostra richiesta di servizio. La camera era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa unica vera pecca era il bagno che nonostante fosse ampio e comodo aveva tutta la rubinetteria vecchia e quasi del tutto rotta. Tavoletta del wc rotta, la cornetta della vasca rotta, la leva del rubinetto del lavandino che si abbassava sola se la pressione dell'acqua non era al massimo, leva dello scarico del bidet rotta per cui per scaricare l'acqua bisognava prima togliere il tappo. La forza del poggione è senz'altro il fascino della struttura e la dedizione di molti dei dipendenti davvero molto disponibili. Una sera abbiamo richiesto di cenare in camera e ci hanno accontentato senza problemi. Per concludere dico che avrei apprezzato di più di pagare al check out e dati i numerosi difetti avrei gradito che la colazione fosse omaggiata o che quanto meno non fosse così costosa
