“Easy no-meeting checkin. Communication was excellent and responses were quick and clear when needed. The room was as pictured and expected. Excellent location in a somewhat residential neighborhood with local restaurants and bars. Easy walking access to all tourist spots, including the waterfront. The hills did not disappoint 😅”

“I cannot recommend this place due to very poor management. Just before my stay, they informed me my room was unavailable. Since other favorite hotels were already fully booked, I had no choice but to accept their alternative location. Despite this being their fault, their responses were consistently slow, which was very frustrating. Furthermore, after paying the deposit, I was told to pick up the keys at a different location 30 minutes away. Having to travel just to get a key was a terrible...
