The staff was friendly and courteous. It was quiet, clean, and had a more casual comfortable feel. More so than the more touristy resorts.

This rating is for the employee Curt. He was truly amazing. So kind to our little one. Gave him a stuffed animal. Let him feed the fish. Helped us with our bags and helped us change rooms. Best hotel employee ever. Give him a raise! Hotel itself is just all right. Pools were unimpressive. And a little bit cold. Restaurants are just OK. Breakfast at the Garden Grill was pretty good. Great proximity to the beach and a great playground for my son. Overall pretty good hotel for the value made extra special by their employee Curt.
