“모로코 첫숙박이라 기준이 없지만 방이 너무오래되었네요 직원들은 친절해요 방은 꽤 큰데 화장실이 오래되고 작아서 무슨 창고같아요”

“The room was great with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom as well as a living room. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building”

“Everything good, but at night time 9pm till midnight the loud music n noise from the Ground floor restaurant is terrible! Apartment on 1/F, feel the bang n vibration of loud music, then moving furniture after music stopped ☹️”

“Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm . He helped me a lot even buying in my train ticket. Though I was my first day in Morocco but he educated and guided me a lot about city ,attractions and went through by many things...

“This was an incredible place to stay for my first visit to Casablanca. The staff was incredible in helping navigate everything I needed. The food was really good. The room was nice and how a lot of amenities. The front desk was spectacular. I'm thank you for such a great stay.”

“Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été dans l'ensemble agréable. L'établissement est propre et confortable, offrant un environnement accueillant pour ma famille et moi. Cependant, je dois souligner quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés. Le personnel, bien que courtois, ne semblait pas toujours être à la hauteur des attentes. Lors de mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai été surpris lorsque le réceptionniste m'a demandé mon acte de mariage, malgré le fait que j'étais accompagné de mes petits enfants....

“Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

“Farid confirmed our stay ahead of time via WhatsApp. The host is very responsive. We didn’t know that the ride to and from the airport was included on our booking so that’s a plus. The host actually had to remind us that it’s included. Otherwise, the taxi to and from the airport will be 100 MAD. He also coordinated our round trip taxi ride to Casablanca with a reliable taxi driver Mr. Rachid. The apartment is nice like stated on the description.”

“The host was super helpful and a chill guy, gave us a tour around casablanca showing us the best spots to go! I'd say the best host I've ever had, providing us with useful information and tips! The appartment itself was nice and modern, with one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again ”

“Malgré plusieurs demandes aucun draps pour nos 2 enfants, il est indiqué petit dej possible sur place avec supplement hors aucun repas sur place. Nous avons réservé pour 5 et seulement 2 petites bouteilles d’eau de 50cl. Lavabo bouché, serviettes sales et il n’y en avait pas assez pour 5 nous avons dû reclamer. Pour les draps nous avons attendu jusqu’a presque 00h des draps et aucun draps n’a ete fournis on nous a indiqué un manque de linge donc mes enfants ont dormit sans linge de lit et ils...
