"The staff was great and very helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The building was well kept for being old. The elevators were alright but aware if you have alot of luggage, it may be uncomfortable to luggage it down and up the flight of stairs to get to the elevators. All in all, a nice hotel in a nice area location!"

"Excellent stay at the Fairmont. I had a welcoming entrance and everyone was helpful and kind. We did stay in one of the new remodel rooms, and it was comfortable. Sadly, the wallpaper is starting to peel on one of the walls and it gets muggy when someone showers. Please insert better exhaust fan (I know it’s hard to do). We use the valet—but they didn’t charge our car up even when asked too. So I was disappointed with the valet parking situation, if you have an electric car. Overall, hotel is beautiful and something is always happening! Perfectly situated in downtown Seattle! Thank you!"
