Leider war das einchecken sehr problematisch. An der Rezeption lag keine Buchung von Expedia vor. Geschweige denn eine Bestätigung über die Bezahlung von 2 Unterkünften im voraus. Leider war ich gezwungen eine zusätzliche Buchung zu einem höheren Preis als über Expedia zu akzeptieren.

War alles in Ordnung. Niedliches kleines Doppelhaus, hübsch eingerichtet, ein paar kleine Gebrauchsspuren, aber soweit sauber. Hatten Blick auf die Bucht und konnten Silvester ein schönes Feuerwerk vom Wohnzimmer aus sehen. Nach Burg und zum Südstrand nur ein paar Minuten Fahrzeit. Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Pas agréable en hiver, personnel à fuir

Le personnel est assez antipathique au téléphone, d’autant plus qu’il y a note sur le site que c’est ouvert jusqu’à 19h et on est arrivés à 18:15 plus moyen d’avoir quelqu’un à l’accueil. Il y a un numéro d’urgence sur lequel il faut lourdement insister pour avoir quelqu’un et savoir comment on récupère les clés, et surtout où est ce que l’emplacement se situe !

Gute Ausstattung mit leichten Abnutzungsmängeln. Anlage gepflegt mit vielen Angeboten, alles fußläufig. Animation am Abend leider sehr laut. Für die Anfahrt "Wulfener-Hals-Weg" eingeben, sonst landet man in der Botanik.

Es war insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Allerdings war bei einigen Teilen des Personals an der Rezeption durchaus noch Luft nach oben für Verbesserungen. So war bei der Ankunft um 16:00 Uhr, was ohnehin recht spät ist, der Schlüssel für das Zimmer noch nicht da. Das kann natürlich passieren, ist aber schon mehr als ärgerlich, zumal das Mobilheim bei Abreise bereits um 10:00Uhr geräumt werden muss. Wir würden vertröstet mit einem Anruf sobald der Schlüssel verfügbar wäre. Um 17Uhr haben wir wieder gefragt und wurden vom Personal wieder vertröstet. Erst als wir kurz vor 18Uhr dann erneut mit etwas Nachdruck nach dem Schlüssel gefragt haben wurde er uns endlich übergeben ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung, trotz dann schon 2 Stunden Verspätung und ohne den versprochenen Anruf. Das ganze auch bei sehr kalten Temperaturen die einen Aufenthalt im Freien nicht gerade angenehmer gemacht haben. So startete der Urlaub leider verspätet und mit einigem Ärger was trotz der ansonsten schönen Anlage leider einen bleibenden nicht besonders schönen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.
