“We're two and reserved one family room with twin bed but the hotel offered a room same as standard single. They just split out one double bed only. Asked reception to change a proper room size but they didn't allowed it. So we paid more and stayed with uncomfortable for 5 nights. Even they said they don't have family room offer. How embarrassing we are even we booked with Expedia for a family room which is bigger room than a standard single.”
