I actually forgot my bag full of important belongings, and the cleaner rushed to stop my driver from driving off, just to give me back my bag full of important items. “We're two and reserved one family room with twin bed but the hotel offered a room same as standard single. They just split out one double bed only. Asked reception to change a proper room size but they didn't allowed it. So we paid more and stayed with uncomfortable for 5 nights. Even they said they don't have family room offer. How embarrassing we are even we booked with Expedia for a family room which is bigger room than a standard single.”
