"The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking."

"Well, well, well. I’m going to tell my story , you decide if it’s good for you to stay there. I checked in on my said date, my sister was with me and we checked into the room;. The room floor was wet , staff told me it would dry soon and it never did. The AC was leaking and instead of them telling me the truth about it they had to lie and pretend that it had just been cleaned. Later in the night we realized the bathroom was not working. We were tired and sleepy. We had to manage. My suitcase did not arrive so I had to spend another night. I asked for a room change. Spent the night and upon checking out I was told to wait for them to check the room out. A young man came out and told me the bed sheet was stained. I was shocked because we spent most of the day outside and we only used the room to sleep. Feeling upset I decided to walk with them to the room to go see what they were talking about. There was blood ( size of a nickel) period on the side where my sister slept. Very small. By then the manager was already with us. I got even more upset that they could hold me down for such a stain. Bedsheet looked old anyway . I removed the sheet and went to the sink to wash it. He then attempted to stop me. I told him I have to do it since they did not have detergent and bleach to clean such a small stain from an Accident, not done on Purpose. He started apologizing stating that people come there and leave their sheets dirty. After few exchanges I left."

"I enjoyed my stay at Protea hotel. The room was clean and amenities were working well. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent with the buffet style which made it a brilliant start to every day. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Nigeria."
