"The staff was very attentive friendly and prompt. They were always ready to help. The only thing I would recommend is a dryer to complete the washer guest need clothes dry immediately. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"
