“The staff was awesome they cleaned our room every day served breakfast to our room and took great care of us. The hotel was also well protected with security and police. The hotel was clean and I loved my stay there. ”

“Excellent”

“Room furnishing all broken, electrical outlets unsafe. Room services very un responsive. No wifi. Shower room like a village shower. The worst hotel rooms in my 50 yrs of traeling.”

“This place is totally horrible. Manager was very nice but the fan made alot of squirky noise. There was barely ever electricity at this location and the generator was on from 12a.m to 3 a.m. A.c blow weak. Staff has attitude. Gate man was drunk on the job and was acting recklessly almost hit me with a shovel. I dont recommed this location at all. I didn't feel safe.”

“Fisrt problem with this hotel is that on the web they state they have an airport shuttle. They do not and when you call they tell you to get a cab. If you have ever been to Nigeria every cab is a scammer, even Uber drivers will show up and start trying to get you to pay more and if you dont they leave. Then the room was nothing like the pictures, maybe 20 years ago but the hotel was run down, the lick on the door was busted off, the bathroom was a disaster and the staff just did not care.”

“Property staff were courteous, respectful and helpful to guests, access to room was a bit difficult with key card on most occasions. But was an Okay stay.”

“Very decent place to lodge. Good amenities and easy to locate”

“The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.”

“I will like to go back everything is perfect”

“The room was clean but the sink in the bathroom was broken. They say free breakfast but it’s really only for one guest staying in the room. This is not mentioned when you book. This Ivy was not the one I tried to book. When selecting my hotel I selected based on a previously booked Ivy but somehow they switch to this one. I hated it. There was no gym and no swimming pool. They would not give me ice unless I purchased something from the bar. The location is down a road that is extremely bumpy. ...
