"Room was spacious. Too many ants in the bathroom some of whom manage to enter the room. Staff are very sweet but inexperienced and lack coordination between themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach view and swimming in the lagoon and saw many fish crabs. The trips are reasonably priced however we suggest that more information on what to take with you is given to future guests. "

"My experience at Ocean Retreat & Spa was overall disappointing. While the hotel is clean and initially felt welcoming, that impression quickly faded. "Como Cocoa is paradise on earth. This is now our favourite resort and we can’t wait to return. The resort is stunning with all rooms sitting over the water in the beautiful lagoon. The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices. "

"My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we were so pleased with the resort. Everything was perfect, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the fact that every room got their own butler, ours was Shiyad and he always went above and beyond for us, he was so sweet and attentive! Our cleaner Shakhawat always had our room spotless. We were so happy with the service, I definitely want to visit again!"

"We had the most awesome time at the incredible island hotel. Staff were attentive and polite and went out of their way to help. Food was great, especially the fish, but the most amazing experience was snorkelling and scuba diving in the surrounding oceans. After 30 years diving some of the best in the world so make sure you spend time with Nicole and the team at the in-house dive centre!! We stayed in both water bungalow and then beach room - both awesome "
