“The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. ”

“A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge. Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. “I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

“All good except the front door step unsafe, the wind took one of the fence panels and the wheelie bins so couldn’t do rubbish and a man turned up to fix the taps but we refused entry as we had no notification or expectation of visit.”
