“The room was exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the train station. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.”

“City Studios is offering a place to stay with the convenience of self catering. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped and I had plenty of space for my stuff. The check in is different to what I was told. They do not use the app anymore, just head into reception. My door to the room was a challenge - it didn’t close easily. Maybe something to look at. “Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

“Room and kitchen area plus living room are very clean”
