"This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a while and we have traveled a lot! Great location in Agios Nikoloas. Easy walks to everything. The spa was wonderful with a heated indoor pool and no extra charge. The staff was top notch all around! The breakfast was so wonderful and varied daily . If you are vegan there are numerous excellent options. The hotel room had a sofa and a balcony which was really nice. The outdoor pools are not heated. We were there the middle of October and still went swimming in the sea on a catamaran tour and it was worth it!"

The concierge, Mariana, knew how stressful this was and was on the phone to the airline, the airport, and the police for us right away. She found it for me. Just incredible. Thank you, and thanks to the airport staff and police for being well prepared for these events."
