"Ficamos uma semana no Flats do Cuca e tivemos uma ótima experiência. Os flats são novinhos, bem equipados e têm tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável em casal. A localização é na Vila do Trinta, quase ao lado do Restaurante Varanda. A rua é sem calçamento e fica atrás da rua principal, então é uma região bem tranquila e silenciosa. Uma observação sobre a localização: o Restaurante Varanda fica praticamente ao lado, mas não recomendamos o restaurante pela experiência que tivemos....

"Cute and well located inn, with very friendly service. Excellent restaurant (Xica da Silva) and convenience store just down the street. You are quick taxi ride to all beaches so there is no need to rent a buggy. The mattress and pillows were covered in rubber protective casings which was odd. There is no WiFi or cell signal at this pousada or on the island, so be ware of being stuck without internet. All in all, this is a nice bed and breakfast but is too pricey for what you get."

"My husband and l are from the USA and stayed for one week in February 2026 in a room with a king size bed and ocean views. I was very nervous about going to a remote island with no chain hotels or known car rental agencies. The island businesses are completely run by locals using whatsapp. Mar em Mim had only 12 reviews at the time l made the reservation, so it was kinda risky, but l it had everything l wanted. I was so pleasantly surprised. The pousada (bed & breakfast) was exactly as pictured...
