My stay wasn’t the best as one can expect, to start with I was given a room without view. The cleanness of the room was fair by Italian standards. A night staff member was horrible as he racially profiled me. The rest of the staffs were great, as what you expect in a hotel of such standards. The breakfast was very basic and nothing to write. The business friendliness is great as they have few amenities and location of the hotel great.

Very good hotel, quiet, clean, 5 minutes walk from downtown and the castle. 10 minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient. Easy to find on the main avenue Cavour. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

The staff here are lovely. Very helpful. The decor is slightly tired but tha facilities are fine. It is walking distance from the centre and the station.

Nice hotel. Staffed front desk. Fluent English. Breakfast is included. I picked it because it is close to the train station. It is about 20-25 minutes walk to the cathedral. Not a lot of dining options.

Terrible staff and living on a construction site

Unfriendly, disrespectful and inattentive staff. No mention of the whole hotel undergoing renovations which caused noise and overall discomfort. You practically had to walk through a construction site to get to your room. We definitely was met with a feeling of contempt because of our young age, despite having paid the same as everyone else for the stay. Would never return…

Ho prenotato a gennaio richiedendo di mettere la moto nel parcheggio.al mio arrivo 5 mesi dopo mi veniva detto che non vi era posto per la mia moto perche pieni.faccio notare che avevo prenotato 5 mesi prima e quindi avrebbbero docuto spostare una macchina .dopo ripetute oarole mi hanno fatto mettere la moto in un posto sporco pieno di cicche di sigarette e escrementi di piccioni.meglio che per strada era comunque al coperto e videosorvegliata.entrando in camera l'abbiamo trovata molto sporca con capelliin terra e alcune cartacce sfuggite forse alle pulizie .abbiamo fatto presente e si somo subito prodigati a pulire. Siamo stati una notte ,nel complesso direi che ci tornero .unica pecca ho dovuto fargli presente che farmi pagare per parcheggio improvvisato mi sembrava esagerato.non per i soldi ma per il disguido.non mi hanno addebitato il costo. Ritornerò sicuramente .gli errori possono succedere vedremo la prossima volta

Camera comoda ma che necessità di una rinfrescata, così come il bagno grande un po' datato. Un plauso ai dolci della colazione, fatti in casa e molto buoni. Il pomeriggio dell'arrivo nella hall c'era un profumo di pasta frolla degno di una pasticceria!
