“Hotel unfortunately is very run down and not kept up. Dirty and smell. Would not recommend staying. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.”

“Everything was great about the room and the property (they have very fresh and tasty scrambled eggs in the morning !) with one exception; we had hot weather (up to 91F) in the middle of the day, and I noticed that the A/C was on but not blowing cold enough; it definitely needed some maintenance; however, I did not ask for it. The room was very clean and the shower was also great. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.”

“Very interesting idea that works brilliantly! The building is full of character, lots of history behind it!”

“Un pequeño hotel Rural extraordinario.”

“It was a short stay. But the place was good for work anf trip.”

“The lodging was well maintained and fit our needs perfectly, including an elevator to the first floor for my husband with bad knees. Staff was attentive to any requests. Rooms were spacious and equipped with all our needs. Breakfast was substantial and beautifully presented. A perfect central locations to do day trips to 4 other northern Aldeias Historicas.”

“Good location and parking. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and comfortable bed. Parking included was a bonus. Nice bar and patio area. Did not use pool as a bit cool air temp. Dafe area.”

“Beautiful historic place and very friendly host! It was a very unique place and we loved it”

“We were looking forward to staying at this property but it turned out to be a disappointment. All of the staff is young and lacks professionalism and knowledge. They have a spa and two pools, but at check in the staff does not tell you about any of the amenities. We didn’t know there was an outdoor pool until the day before we left when we stumbled across it. The room and bathroom were clean, but sparse with poor lighting. The bed is very uncomfortable. The bar staff cannot tell you about...

“Lovely hotel but we were too busy touring to enjoy the hotel's amenities. Would like to have stayed longer. Close to downtown and easily walkable.”
