The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. "The property sits in a beautiful villa close to the town of Marzamemi and few Kilometres out of Noto. The scenery is beautiful although being an old villa some of the facilities are a bit old. Nevertheless the interiors are charming and the restaurant setting adorned in 800' sicilian ceramics is just stunning. Breakfast is amzaing and the staff is very friendly and super helpful. 100% recommended"
