"The staff were super helpful. There wasn’t anything they can do for us. They replied on WhatsApp with a solution to any problems that we had. The breakfast was not included with our apartment room. However we were able to get token for 18 euros and then use it with the restaurant linked to the hotel around the corner, however I found but the value for money was pretty poor at the restaurant and we preferred breakfast in the local restaurants instead…the room was very clean but the we did however have a bit of an ant infestation in our 3rd floor apartment, these came out when there was food left out in the kitchen even for like 10 minutes the ants would come out from behind the counter back splash and would crawl all over your food, plates and drinking containers. This was pretty obviously very disappointing. Overall, it was good but the ants really put us off from giving the apartments a top five rating."

"The rooms were accessible by codes and lockbox after hours. Staff was very helpful with information on accessing the rooms. Small elevator, but great to have. Rooms were large and comfortable. Clean. There were several restaurants nearby and a cafe that was open late. There was a crypt nearby that was interesting."
