Staff were top notch from the reception to the breakfast staff. Particular mention Shane and Alyssa. The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself. Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities.

Fantastically located hotel, lovely staff who were really helpful. The only thing not as great as it could have been was the wi fi in the room but that could have just been the room i was in as in the main areas of the hotel it was fine. I would definitely return to the hotel.

The staff were good. The bar is excellent (especially with a credit and a happy hour discount!) - good quality, elegant surroundings. The room is good (in an old school style). The location is terrific (though a taxi to the front can be challenging - it is right in front of the Parliament building). Downsides - the wifi has very low bandwidth, and the towels could be softer!
