"Hotel was great, clean well maintained luxury rooms. My only issue was a couple of times I asked the concierge to order me a taxi that took credit cards. While I got a taxi, at the end of the trip the driver wants to curse me out & swear at me in front of my child for not having cash, then increase his already inflated fare charge. That happened to me twice…"

"We stayed at the Deco Roma for 3 nights whilst visiting Italy. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Termini train station which was one of the reasons we booked. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. My only gripe was that there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, only a sign that read “ call reception if you want tea or coffee”. Whats the point in that? Just put it in the room! One of the reasons I booked was the photos on this site show what appears to be a rooftop bar / terrace, with tables and chairs overlooking the city. Be aware there is no roof terrace or rooftop bar at this hotel, the photos on the booking site are of some of the premium rooms. I asked about this at reception and was told that this was the case. I think the photos are misleading on the booking site and do give the impression there is a rooftop bar at this hotel. Breakfast was nice at the hotel with plenty of fresh choices and it was well-staffed. The location is not too far from the main tourist attractions to walk and there is a metro stop just around the corner. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Rome."

"This was a very convenient place for our family of four to stay for one night before flying back to Canada after a few days in Rome. It made the flight back far less stressful then if we would have been taking the train in from Roma Termini to the airport. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and restaurant. Staff was helpful and friendly."

Only minor complaint was an unnecessary wait to be checked in by the receptionist and the small size of the drinks from the bar fro the price paid. Otherwise - very happy to stay there again."
