โOur 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport.
We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations.
The hotel itself was beautiful. Itโs in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte...
โMade several attempts prior to stay to inquire about parking since we had a rental car and didnโt hear back until we arrived which was several hours after check in time. Could use better markings to get to the property. Never mentioned to that you had to get through door 4 to get to 204. Other than that our stay was great. Beautiful home. โ

โThis place was exceptional. We stayed here in April when arriving in Rome, and loved it so much we booked it again for our last night before leaving Italy. The property is nicely updated and well maintained, and the location couldn't be better. Not only is it around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, and walking distance from many sites, but there is conveniently a laundromat across the courtyard! We would stay here again.โ
