โOur 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport.
We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations.

โAbsolutely immaculate attention to detail since the moment I walked in till check out. I was only staying for one night but next time Iโm in Roma, I wonโt have to search for hotel, will definitely be staying here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. โThis hotel's location is perfect for shopping and seeing many of Rome's major sights. The room was standard size for Europe at this price point, but it had a large updated bathroom. Our room had a private terrace, but there was a spacious public one available, too. Both were decorated with beautiful plants. Moreover, the staff were pleasant and fun to chat with.
