โAbsolutely immaculate attention to detail since the moment I walked in till check out. I was only staying for one night but next time Iโm in Roma, I wonโt have to search for hotel, will definitely be staying here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. โThe hotel is more of a guest house but with hotel service . Itโs tucked away in a small street nice and quiet . Itโs so central to everything in Rome, we didnโt need to use Taxis or trains at all. There are loads of nice restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk and I mean loads. "If you want a safe and quick walk from Termini Station, I recommend this hotel. Exit toward the McDonaldโs side, where there are always soldiers and police around, then itโs just one street in. Thereโs even a bodyguard in front of the hotel, which made us feel very secure.
The room wasnโt too small, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the shower wasnโt well sealed at the corners, so some water leaked outโjust a minor inconvenience.
The breakfast was satisfying, the smart TV was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
