Minerva Relais is a hidden gem! Our room was beautiful and large, and the hotel's location is perfect, a short walk to the inner city's major sights. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location for walking to major attractions & restaurants. We were received/hosted by Valentina who was super friendly/helpful, even staying past the reception hours to check us in. Would stay again.

The pictures that were up when we booked are different. The pictured showed a cute building in a square. The hotel is on a street leading to the square with a tiny green door that was difficult to identify. There is a tiny elevator way down the corridor that 1 could fit in with one suitcase but if someone forgot to close the manual doors you had TJ do the stairs. The room was lovely and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night on the way back through Rome. My major issue was that when booking I explained that wifi was extremely important that day. The wifi was down and the front desk is only there until 1pm (but give before noon on our checking day) I called and no one was able to fix the issue over the phone after 45 minutes of trying. I had to hot spot off my phone which was extremely expensive. They did offer the €6 city fee comped. I would not stay here again.

A sensibly priced, qwerky hotel, a stone's throw from the Pantheon and Trevi, and an easy walk to Steps, Vatican and Colosseum. Set amid the busy lanes of restaurants, this is a food lovers paradise!

This was a lovely stay! It was perfect for 2 nights – a quaint little place with plenty of charm - gives you a very Italian authentic feel. While you can hear some conversations through the walls given how close the rooms are, it's a cozy, intimate feel. Ideal for a brief getaway with two people, this spot has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d happily return - great location and excellent staff.

The office manager at this hotel was exceptional! Valentino? I can’t remember after travels-sorry! She welcomed up with extreme friendliness and sincerity and was so helpful with directions, a map, dining and location suggestions, getting taxi’s for us, etc. Not everyone we encountered were as pleasant and lovely as she was so I wanted to make sure to leave her a review. Our room was perfect. Beautiful bed and nice air conditioning in the hot heat and great bathroom. Close to attractions and very central located. I would highly recommended this hotel! Thanks!

Unfortunately the wall between our unit and the adjacent one was so thin you could hear conversations and the people in the adjacent room left their phone on vibrate all night so every time a message came in it vibrated the wall right at the headboard of the wall in our room. Hence the rating for property condition. The last night there was way better after they left. Staff was awesome and the property location was great.
