The hotel was amazing for being on a budget. It was a very close walk to colosseum, other attractions, and the subway. The local neighborhood had a great food scene including the hotel’s restaurant and breakfast service. The room itself seemed new with fun colors but compact and the staff were very nice. I overlooked the view of an internal courtyard with nearby residences since everything else was great.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. They answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations, and went above and beyond helping us when one of our passports was stolen while we were at the Vatican. They even arranged additional lodging for us when we had to extend our stay. Our room was clean, beds comfortable and surroundings quiet. Was so nice to have the breakfast buffet each morning, with good food and staff that was attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this wonderful place to stay!

This was a very nice hotel wigh a great roof top restaurant. I stayed in the room for one. There were a few issues with the washroom but the maintanance team was very attentive and friendly. The staff overall was amazing, front desk was super helpful, maintenance team friendly and attentive. Everything was amazing and I would come back. One complaint and this is minor but was my only negative experience the whole trip; a server upstairs named Claudia was terribly rude and made my experience awkward, she flung the bill at me even when I wasnt finished ordering, when I asked her why she yelled at me and said just stay! And walked away. I left anyway as I found her terribly rude and miserable. Id come back nevertheless, she is not the standard of tbis hotel.

Excellent warm welcome when we arrived and showed us to our room, which was immaculately clean and beds were so welcome. We stayed in a larger room In a corridor outside the main hotel which was secure and perfect for us as a mother and three daughters. The breakfast was so varied and staff were super attentive bringing drinks of choice to our table and no rush for anything such a relaxing environment on the roof of the hotel with amazing views ! Staying in Monti is perfect - bakery on the corner nice restaurants and a small supermarket around the corner. 5 mins walk to colliseum and 15 mins walk to Trevi fountain and Pantheon. We took the bus to the Vatican easy route simple option a minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay again !

As a 1st time traveler to Rome, my purpose was to find a place in the center & then mainly walk wherever needed/wanted too. The hotel was immensely clean, staff friendly (multilingual as I really only speak English) were helpful and friendly on all aspects. Their rooftop breakfast has an extremely wide variety for whatever you want, to freshly made espresso orders the way you want. Not one critique on the hotel at all. They communicated timely & even arranged my travel from the airport to the hotel very reasonably & economically. Will gladly return & book another stay if/when I return to Rome. Very highly recommend this place.
