โOur 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport.
We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations.
The hotel itself was beautiful. Itโs in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte...
โThis hotel's location is perfect for shopping and seeing many of Rome's major sights. The room was standard size for Europe at this price point, but it had a large updated bathroom. Our room had a private terrace, but there was a spacious public one available, too. Both were decorated with beautiful plants. Moreover, the staff were pleasant and fun to chat with. They were helpful from even before our booking, and arranged tranfer for us to and from the airport/train station, and helped us...
โI'm not the kind of person who is always bothered to leave reviews. However, I wanted to leave a review because I was satisfied with this hotel. Good value for money. The staff are so friendly, it's a place I want to visit again.
1. Staff:
Be kind and work responsibly for your duties.
2. Facilities:
The room I stayed in was tidy and had a work desk. The room was cleaned. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly.
3. Others:
I used the shuttle service...
โThis place was exceptional. We stayed here in April when arriving in Rome, and loved it so much we booked it again for our last night before leaving Italy. The property is nicely updated and well maintained, and the location couldn't be better. Not only is it around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, and walking distance from many sites, but there is conveniently a laundromat across the courtyard! We would stay here again.โ
