"Beautiful room, very comfortable, very clean, lots of amenities provided in room. Restaurant onsite had an hour wait, so we called for room service instead. Air conditioning was set to a low temperature, but the room never got that low, not terribly hot though. Staff was helpful in quick check in and getting us a taxi to visit the city center (which is almost an hour drive)."
"We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn from 20-21 May 2026 and we were satisfied with the experience. Hotel and room were in good condition, the room had the typical airport hotel space and amenities, and the Hotel included a free shuttle bus service between Terminal 3 to the Hotel. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and is available as a decent North American styled buffet at a reasonable fee.
However, take note that there are two Hiltons at the airport, Hilton Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn. We arrived to Terminal 3 via the Leonardo Express train from Rome Termini train station and we walked the 10 minutes following the signs for "Hilton" which took us to the (wrong) Hilton Hotel...which then required us to take a taxi to the Hilton Garden Inn at a cost of 35 Euro. The Hilton Garden Inn hotel is outside the airport, so one must first walk to the arrivals area of Terminal 3, look for Exit Door 3, and then go outside to meet the shuttle bus at a marked bus stop. We used this shuttle bus to get back from Hilton Garden Inn to Terminal 3 the next morning, and then did the short 5 minutes walk to Terminal 1.
It's a convenient (if a bit expensive) way to overnight to rest and relax, to get ready for a long flight the next day."
"Rooms are either carpeted or with parquet - recommended checking to ensure your room is not carpeted. Furniture and trims are truly retro/vintage which adds a nice flair. My only concern were the giant spots of peeling paint, and mold marks under the window frames. Staff were very friendly and helpful addressing room concerns and switching to a new room."
"We were a family of four and picked the superior chalet. It was roomy, with two bathrooms, and super clean and comfy. Being close to Rome’s center, we spent a day exploring, and the kids loved the pool afterward. The restaurant on-site was great and had tasty food and drinks with pleasant hosts and waiters. I’d definitely recommend it. The site had a laundry room with washers and dryers for 6 euro and a little store with necessities, snacks and drinks for purchase."
