"We stayed overnight en route to Italy. The check in was easy and staff friendly. Initially we were given a twin room instead of a triple but this was quickly rectified. The only downer was no air-conditioning on the plus side there is a 25% discount on purchases at the shop for guests , and a great play area for kids"

"Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. That made the room very hot and stuffy. Other rooms had balconies and I’m sure were very nice. Also, they didn’t have small towels for the shower. Breakfast was from 8-10. "We had a great experience here. We utilized the train system and its within walking distance to the hotel. Roughly around 10 min walk. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful I. Giving recommendations on where to eat and shop. That area, is also walking distance from the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. "
