"Beautiful hotel and breakfast was superb. Very helpful staff. As with most places in central Roma, there is no designated loading/unloading zone for passengers and bags. This makes checking-in a challenge if driving a car. "

"Hotel was well located near to termini so made getting to all the main attractions pretty easy. A few undesirables hung out on the streets around termini especially after dark, however we took a more well lit walk to the hotel to avoid them and it was fine Good breakfast choices and plentiful Room was exceptionally small (even for a well seasoned European traveler). Twin room had barely any space for luggage and felt small Good service and rooms were cleaned well and regularly too "

"Once I understood the airport transfer all was good, but the reservations said to contact hotel 72 hours before arrival for shuttle.. It should say got to arrivals and out side but A8 and shuttle will pick up every 15 minutes "
