"The commodities was good the location very quiet , the 7 miles gravel road was hard on us however we forgot that with the excellent services from all the stafs especially the host master and all the table servers. "We loved staying at this property. Comfortable beds, and the villa was immaculate. Our kids loved having the outdoor shower(s) and private pool. If other people were staying on the property, we didn't see them. We did not rent a 4wheel drive vehicle, which is highly recommended. The road leading to the villa was VERY steep. We were fine, but if it had rained during our stay we might have a different opinion on that choice!"

"Amazing stay with amazing staff, Clean and safe! Delicious food. Always place to eat at the restaurant. Excellent service. The pool was amazing! The road to get there is a bit bumpy (for the rental car) and the beach/river looks nice but the kids didn’t want to spend time there. "

"It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect. I'd still highly recommend it."

"I recently stayed at The Cabins at Monkey falls in Cayo and had a great time! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I mentioned that the initial bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. They promptly exchanged it for us, and the new bed made a significant difference in our comfort. Aside from that, the atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and willingness to ensure guests have a pleasant experience."
