"This lodge is perfectly located within walking distance of San Ignacio town a right next to Cahal Pech Mayan site. It is a very lush and green jungle themed lodge with different areas to sit and relax outdoors. The rooms are luxurious and immaculately clean. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The pool is the perfect size for the lodge and seldom overly busy. Paula did everything she could to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable."

"Despite 8/10 rating & relatively low price the room was unacceptable. The bed cratered into a huge dip in the very middle, collapsed top to bottom & left to right. Wall 3ft from window so no natural light. Tiny jail sink with only 1x cold tap, no hand towel - only 2 mismatched stained bigger towels. Shower dirty & sheets stained. Cockroaches at night. Reception staff very unfriendly at arrival & no acknowledgement at other times. Working AC & 50m from tour companies the only positive."

"The property is amazing, lots of beautiful birds to see right from the porch area. The river is a 10 minute walk from the property. You can cool down and listen for monkeys. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious, self-serve bar is awesome, and dining area is outside so you can enjoy being in nature. I would recommend getting picked up from airport, don’t bother renting a car especially if you plan on doing excursions with the resort because they provide transpo for everything."

"We loved staying in this serene and beautiful property. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were content. The cabins are clean, the beds comfortable, the air conditioners great, and the pool a refreshing respite from the afternoon heat. We appreciated being away from the bustle of San Ignacio and the opportunities for wildlife viewing on the grounds. The staff delivers your luggage to and from your cabin and arranges taxi rides to and from town, if desired. It’s a lovely and relaxing place to stay close to the Cahal Pech Ruins (about 2 kilometers)."
