Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction. Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. Face à cette situation absurde, j’ai dû contacter le service client d’Hôtel.com pour intervenir, car la gérante, ne parlait pas...

"Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Although we seemed to be the only guests because the season had not started yet, the place was homely with its local caféguests. Our host Pat did everything to make two hikers comfortable; the evening meal and breakfast were superb! I highly recommend the place - and to check the rules and time for checing in."

Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. Very good traditional French country restaurant with local specialities and delicious local red wine plus good indoor swimming pool and views of the lovely countryside with sheep in the fields from the window. "A notre arrivé (20h), tout le personnel était accoudé au bar en nous regardant comme des animaux L'hôtel était au courant de notre heure d'arrivé (j'ai téléphoné 2h avant) et personne n'a fait l'effort d'aller allumer le chauffage dans la chambre, il faisait 14°C dedans (il a fallu toute la nuit pour réchauffer la chambre avec le mini grille pain) La chambre "supérieure" était une grosse déception, nous pensions être dans le bâtiment principal charmant mais non nous sommes dans une mini maison...
