They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. The facilities were excellent, and the five-star breakfast and dinner services were truly impressive—elegant, delicious, and well-curated. The stress-free airport transfers added to the comfort, making our arrival and departure seamless. "At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed. "

"The staff is pleasant and they are trying really hard, in my opinion. However, simple things are lacking. For breakfast, it would be nice to have cold water without asking, cold juice and drip coffee instead of instant. In the bathroom there is no place to place personal items. The windows are filthy. The bed, table and couch is nice, as is a large mirror and spacious closet. Some things are good, some not very good at all."
