“It was a nice hotel in a quiet resort. Hotel felt a little tired, we had a light fitting collapse in the bedroom and some of fixtures and fittings were a little worn. But staff were generally friendly although it seemed that they paid more attention to French people (we were one of a handful of English speaking families). I would say it is a good quality 3 star hotel, and not really 4 star standards. But for the area compared to other properties I think it is one of the better hotels. If I had...

“The location is good to access local resturant or mart etc.. And the hotel supply the great water sport including dolphin watching or boat etc.. The breakfast is good. But room is a little out of date.”

“Staff was polite but rooms were dark”

“Exceptional in every way! Delicious buffet for dinner and breakfast. Views best I’ve ever seen from dining area. The best service and staff. Lovely rooms”

“All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. Had to ask the same thing several times (just to unlock the door cuz they deactivated my card key before the check out time) but never get it done. Check-in was very slow, no info, they said wait here, then 20 mins past, then another staff came, told same thing but no one came for another 10 mins. But other than the front office, the resort is...

“ from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th. The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff. We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said...

“The location is beautiful. Really peaceful and picturesque. I would recommend that you hire a car because you can get to the highlights of the island better and it’s more cost effective than taxis. What makes this hotel, in addition to the beautiful grounds and beach, are the staff ! They are so attentive and professional and friendly. Felt really welcome and cared for. The breakfast was varied and tasty and was very good quality. Room service was prompt and the service fee is worth it. ...

“Nice staff, well located, but the hotel is old and not in modern condition. Bit too expensive for what it offers”
