“Whatif email confirmed check-in was at noon but the room was still being cleaned on arrival (approximately 1215pm) and we were advised by staff that check-in isn't usually until after 2pm, obviously there has been some kind of communication error inbetween. Outside of that the room was comfortable and clean, internet was a little slow but it works, the microwave was appreciated but the dish wasn't the original so didn't always turn, and the bottom of the bathroom door was a bit rotten, mostly...
