“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy?
