Anfahrt und Lage: In der Nacht über sehr enge gefährliche Strasse. weit weg von anderen Orten, eher Alpiner Ort. Hotel: Renoviert in einem Dorf mit null Infrastruktur. Essen gut, aber der Wirt interessiert sich nicht für Behinderte, welche rechte ich mit Assistenzhunden habe, es kommt zu Schimpfereien beim Abschied. Das muss nicht sein. Die Gepäckhilfe trotz Nachtanreise war gut. keine Rollstuhlfähigen Zimmer gemäss EU Norm.

Tolles Hotel

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, schnelles und unkompliziertes einchecken. Sauna wurde extra eingeschaltet. Eine sehr schöne neue Sauna mit exklusivem Ruhebereich. Hervorragendes Abendessen mit einem Gruß aus der Küche und auch das Frühstück kann sich sehen lassen. Hier können sich viele 4 Sterne Häuser ein dicke Scheibe abschneiden. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir waren während unserer Wanderung auf dem nahegelegenen Rennsteig zu Gast im Hotel Thüringer Hof und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel, alles ist hervorragend gepflegt und die Bäder sind hochwertig und modern ausgestattet. Der neugestaltete Frühstücksraum ist eine Augenweide und man hat viel Freude den Tag dort zu beginnen. Auch die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sowohl unser Abendessen im Restaurant wie auch das Frühstück überzeugtem durch Geschmack, Qualität und Preis. Besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Teams hervorheben. Der Inhaber und sein Team sind sehr gute Gastgeber und man fühlt sich aufgrund ihrer authentischen Herzlichkeit sehr wohl im Thüringer Hof. Kurzum: wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Kurz aber fein

Das Hotel war eine gute Wahl und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Hotel aus in allen Richtungen gut erreichbar. Die Sauna im Haus kann man ganz unkompliziert ab 17.00 Uhr kostenfrei nutzen, inkl. Bademantel und Badelatschen. Sollte ein früherer Besuch erwünscht sein, gibt man einfach an der Rezeption Bescheid. Bei evtl. Unannehmlichkeiten gibt es sofort Abhilfe. Danke für den nett angerichteten kleinen Obstteller ;-) Das Restaurant ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wird gerne für Feierlichkeiten genutzt. Den Gästen aus dem Hotel stand ein separater Raum zur Verfügung, wo es gutes Früstück gab und am Abend bei Veranstaltungen im Restaurant, ein gutes Essen mit prima Service.
