이 정도 가격에 이 정도 신식의 숙소를 피렌체에서 찾기 힘듬. 조식도 맛있고 굉장히 다양함. 숙소가 좁지만 깔끔하고 위치가 굉장히 좋아요!

주변은 좋으나 너무나 비좁은 호텔
단점 : 숙소가 굉장히 좁습니다. 침대 말고는 여행 가방을 펼칠 장소도 마땅히 없습니다.룸에서 와이파이가 잘 터지지 않습니다. 장점: 산타마리아노벨라역과 가깝습니다. 도보로 3~4분. 두오모랑도 가깝고, 주변에 코나드 슈퍼마켓. 빨래방도 가깝습니다. 조식도 좀 별로입니다. 주변에 간단하게 먹을 수 있는 곳이 많으니 알아서 선택하시기를.

좋은 가격에 아침식사도 포함^^
피렌체 역에서 가까운 가성비 짱인 호텔입니다. 넓지는 않아도 4인 성인 머물기 충분합니다. 5층에서 제공되는 간단한 아침식사도 나쁘지 않았어요~~. 두오모 대성당및 대부분의 관광지 도보로 가능합니다.

피렌체 SMN역에서 정말 가까워서 좋습니다. 시설도 좋고, 매우 청결합니다. 방에 작은 냉장고가 있고 조식은 5층에서 먹는데 전망이 좋아요. 4층 방은 테라스도 있습니다. 매우 추천할 만한 곳이에요.

Do not stay at this property! I originally booked this hotel for 3 nights based on other reviews and its location. The room was so dirty, there were marks along the walls, dirt everywhere, and ants in one of the beds. The bathroom had mold, the sink faucet was loose, and the floor was dirty. We told the girl at the front desk and her solution was to give us a can of bug spray to kill the ants, which was unacceptable. She offered to switch our room but at this point I just wanted to go elsewhere. I couldn’t get a room anywhere that night so we unfortunately had to stay there one night. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep. We offered to pay for the night we stayed and asked for a credit for the remainder which they did not give us. We took it up with Expedia and they weren’t able to get us a credit either. The girl at the front desk did her best but we understood that she didn’t have that authority. We booked the remaining 2 nights at the IQ Hotel Firenze which was so wonderful!

Short walk from/to train station! Hotel is in a fairly busy area, can walk to St Marks easily. Check in went well - a person checked us in. there was a lift so it was easy to go upstairs. room was larger than we expected, but not much space to move around with luggage. beds were good. bathroom was small but adequate - no issues, shower very small. problem with small light bulbs over the bed, they did not fix it well. friendliest person we met was the maid/cleaning lady, Aida. Folks at front desk were ok only. no food in this hotel - but many good restaurants nearby. Checkout was easy - a person again.

We had the electricity/power go out on the second night and we had to sleep without power, A/c in a hot, dark room with mosquitoes and only our section of the hotel was without power and when asked they lied to us, didn’t give us another room that was available and had power until the morning. Our 2 kids were crying and frustrated all night and the staff didn’t do anything to help. They were also serving old boiled eggs in the breakfast. A:c wasn’t working in the new room when they changed our room. And there were leaks in the washroom and near the A/c in the second room. Terrible hotel, terrible management and what a terrible experience Disappointed in Expedia for working with this hotel.

Good morning, the electricity problem did not only concern the floor of your room but affected the entire hotel. Unfortunately it happened on Sunday night but on Monday morning the problem was immediately restored on some floors in fact your room was immediately changed Unfortunately, electrical faults can happen even in 10-star facilities. The staff tried to stop everything possible. For hard-boiled eggs I would like to point out that they are always prepared in the morning.

Positiv ist die Nähe zur Innenstadt und zu vielen tollen Restaurants. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis, den ich als Pauschalreise bezahlt habe, war es total in Ordnung. Der Zimmerpreis, der eigentlich aufgerufen wurde, wäre eher unverschämt gewesen. Es gab ganze 3 Kleiderbügel und keine wirkliche Ablagefläche im Schrank. Dass Hotels hellhörig sind, ist eher Standard und liegt dann auch an den Gästen. Das Frühstück ist eher übersichtlich und hat mich dazu veranlasst auswärts zu frühstücken.

Weeks before I arrived at hotel i asked if I rent a car do u have parking. All they said was no. I asked if there was parking nearby and got no reply. They should have told me it was inadvisable to drive a car in florence. The staff.was not very helpful some ignored u and we had to ask for towels in the room because they only gave us one. The safe wouldn't work and nobody came to fix. The breakfast was ok but at least it was free. The shower was so small u could Barely fit into.

The reception staff offer various solutions where the customer will be free to choose the most suitable one for your stay. Property is listed as upscale, it isn't. Used wash rags for hand towels. Shower isn't usable if your more than 5'-5" tall and 115lbs. Nice cockroach every night in the Bathroom.

Property was walkable from train station and other sights around Florence. The locaion of the property was on a busy street since it was close to the train station which made it noisy through the night. The staff was friendly. Property felt safe. Room was clean and decent size for just two people.

Hotel is in a great location, close to both the train station, tram and Duomo. Hotel room is small but it's not unmanageable especially if you're just using it as a place to sleep. Only issue was with the amount of mosquitoes that were in the room, this meant that I could not keep the window open and spent some time trying to kill them as the noise kept me up at night.

Hotel was clean and tidy but very noise from the outside. There was electric blinds in the room to cover the window but it did not block out the light from outside so room was very light. They are trying to be eco friendly by limiting power to cartons things in the room so the air conditioning did not work constantly was intermittent. Breakfast was very spear and limited with options.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen/ belaufenen Straße. Die Geräuschdämmung nach außen und zu den anderen Zimmern ist nicht vorhanden (Geschrei von allen Seiten). Die Bäder stinken, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt wie auch der Frühstücksraum. Ich würde das Objekt nicht wieder buchen.

Nice and close to the train station. A lot of foot traffic in front of the hotel. Nicely place for walking to attractions. Room was a little dirty and the TV did not work. Oddly the windows don't look. Because it's right on a busy street, it can be loud at night

It's a 5 minutes walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novela station so it's very convenient for doing day trips. The hotel is walking distance to the Duomo & most museums. It also has a good selection of breakfast options. Staff is friendly. I'll definitely will stay here again and recommend it.

Fué una estancia buena, porque no pasamos mucho tiempo en el hotel. Dejó mucho que desear, las habitaciones son pequeñas, los baños aún más, nada de insonorización, se escuchaban ruidos de varias habitaciones. El desayuno fué bueno y suficiente. El personal de recepción fué de ayuda, pero me parece que poco profesional. Y en el desayuno había un joven atendiendo la limpieza, quién fué muy amable y servicial. Fuera de eso, es un hotel muy bueno para estancias cortas, al final en calidad-precio cumple con la expectativa, no le doy más estrellas porque de todo mi viaje fue el hotel que se quedó más atrás y por mucho.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms are a bit tight, so if you have a lot of luggage there won't really be much room in the room to store everything. All in all a great pace to stay while in Florence.

Es muy cómodo, costo beneficio vale la pena, nada lujoso pero si cómodo y con una buena ubicación para recorrer Florencia caminando
