Our stay was fantastic! Patricia was very communicative and check-in was simple. She also provided us with different recommendations for food and shopping. The room was spotless and the B&B was very cute. The breakfast in the morning was delicious- it’s a shame we only got to enjoy it the last morning as we had early tours the other days. Location-wise, it was a great place to be! Super walkable to get to the sights and also get a taxi. We recommend Patricia and will be back next time we’re in Florence!

Minha estadia foi excelente! A Patrícia é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com ótimas dicas de restaurantes, passeios e informações práticas sobre a cidade. O café da manhã é delicioso, com várias opções e tudo sempre muito fresco. O quarto é super confortável, bem decorado e a limpeza diária faz toda a diferença. A localização então… simplesmente perfeita! Fica no coração de Florença, perto de tudo: principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes, lojas… Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

I have never been anywhere with a better host. Extremely friendly, welcomed us on arrival, gave us fantastic recommendations and chatted over breakfast. By the way the home made breakfast was amazing.

Every morning, she served us breakfast and asked about our plans for the day, offering personalized recommendations based on what we were visiting—her advice made a real difference in our trip. You can tell Patricia genuinely cares about her guests—she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions like the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, and surrounded by the best restaurants, shops, and cafes in Florence. While there’s no elevator, the short climb is worth it for the comfort, care, and charm you’ll experience. Highly recommend this lovely B&B!

Absolutely amazing stay!

Look no farther, THIS is the place to stay in Florence! In fact, this is one of the best places I've EVER stayed. Patricia does her very best to make sure you have what you need and makes wonderful recommendations. She truly cares for you. She's what makes this place special. The breakfast is lovely, with homemade pastries and the conversation with Patricia each morning was delightful. The bed was very comfortable at the room exactly what we wanted. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

My daughter stayed with Patricia while she waited to move into her dorm and she told me that she felt like she had found her Italian mother. For my wife and I this was a superb choice for a five day break in Florence. Its location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, literally everything is within walking distance. As for the property; it is clean, comfortable and has a homely feel. The breakfast was spot on. Perfect coffee and plenty of homemade and Italian produce and the owner, Patricia was engaging, knowledgable and the perfect host.

Such a highlight of our trip. This B&B was very clean, spacious, extremely well located and had all amenities we needed. The extra bonus was a supermarket immediately down stairs. Patricia the host was an absolute star. She was full knowledge and just so friendly. The breakfast was spectacular and Patricia makes all of the pastries fresh each morning. Furthermore, she was excellent in accomodating my need for gluten free options. We felt very welcome. Such a delightful stay.

Loved our stay at the B&B Cimitori which was very central to all the best of ancient Florence. Located on a narrow but busy side street close to the Duomo, it was quite quiet at night. Greatest shower you could ask for, a lovely included breakfast, and the very best hostess--Patricia--who gave extremely knowledgeable advice about all the best sights to see and where to shop. The only draw back would be the 42-43 stairs you must climb (tough for older folks or those with heavy baggage), but I gather Patricia is working on getting the other tenants to consider the wisdom of fitting in a small elevator. We would definitely visit again. Excellent choice!

First let’s start on the location, it’s at the dead center of everything in the Florence city center. You’re 2 mins. walking distance from the Palazzo Vecchio and 3-4 mins. from the Duomo. You’re surround by shops restaurants, a market downstairs etc. Despite all the hustle and bustle downstairs the minute you walk into the B&B; dead quiet. Too quiet, I had to turn on the fan sometimes to sleep hahah. Then you have the Gem that is Ms. Patricia, she’s an absolute sweetheart! She’s knowledgeable, gives you suggestions, tips, recommendations and always has a fresh breakfast waiting for you. I would always wake up early (before breakfast hours) to start my day of exploring and she would always offer a coffee and something to eat. I had a wonderful experience not to mention all the things I wanted to see & do in Firenze. I don’t when but I know I will return to this city and I know where I’ll be staying.
