It was easy to get around the city from here. The only thing was the elevator was out of order as they were redoing the decals on the inside and that made getting to and from the 5th floor challenging. At least when we e checked in and out they were fully functional. Staff were amazing.

Good area to walk around as it is flat almost everywhere you go. Plenty to see and good eating out as well. Hotel staffed 24 hours and staff are ready to answer any questions in a variety of languages as well.

The bnb was nice! The staff was always there and always willing to chat and help. The AC wasn't working the whole time we were there so that was a downfall, but they gave us fans in order to help! I would definitely stay there again!

First, all of the staff was extremely nice and always helpful with whatever we needed. The location is great because it’s easy to walk to and from the hotel, but also easy for a taxi to get there if you need one. Unfortunately, the room was a little dirty, there was a ball of hair by the door and the bathroom had some muck. Liveable, but not exactly what you’d want from a hotel.

This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. Easy walk to caffe and dolci because we didn’t want the available hotel breakfast. Good restaurants. A lot less touristy and better prices, yet only 3 blocks from the Arno. Would recommend it for sure. B&B also has a much more central location.

The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip.

Staff were incredibly accommodating after I arrived and realized my dates were mixed up. They got me into the same kind of room I originally booked, and worked with me on a refund for my initial trip. The room was very simple but perfect for a place to rest and clean up between outings. Smart TV meant I could connect and watch my preferred videos/streams, and the lobby had necessities as well as small bites for purchase. Overall a great safe stay I was glad I booked for my time in Florence.

Service was good but the single room is poorly designed. The shower is extremely small even for an average sized person. Not very generous with the accomations either. Was only given 2 towels (1 small and 1 big), 1 pillow, and no issue box. Buffet was just average.

I was just pleasantly surprised with the hotel, because I had looked at many, many hotels, looking for a nice, cheap one. Many were at minimum double the price as you guys; nice, but double the price. Seeing your guys’ hotel, it still looked nice despite the price drop. And, I liked the simple, modern look. This was my second time in Italy, and I really enjoyed the hotel; I liked coming home to it after the end of every day, felt like home. It was about a 15 min walk from all the sights, restaurants, etc that I was going to, but it was okay. Staff was always very nice and helpful, I appreciated that; I even got to use one of your adapters free of charge for my entire stay, because mine didn’t work, and all I had to do was return it. Was moved to a new room because of noise from kids, fast and easy. Had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you! Next time, maybe I’ll even get a nicer room, if available, and possible for me!
