Rebecca was an amazing host. She greeted us at the door, clearly explained all the amenities and provided us with a lot of useful information about the attractions and navigation in Florence. We had such an amazing stay here, and the amenities were very high quality! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence. We will definitely be back!!

Courteous, helpful staff. We stayed here one night before our flight home-it did what we needed it to do- a place to sleep that was okay. The air conditioning didn't work for us so that was a slight issue-luckily, it was in October, not August.

Nice but room flooded when we used the shower. The floor was uneven so the water ran into the bedroom.

Piacevole soggiorno
