We loved staying here and highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Easy walking to all the museums and restaurants, but tucked in on a quiet lovely street. The host is very friendly and helpful! We felt welcomed and the room was beautiful! Best most comfortable bed we stayed in on our two weeks in Tuscany. Awesome!

Nice place, easy check in instructions. Niccolo the owner made us cappuccino in the morning and let us leave our luggage after checked-out so we could go around more. Very helpful with the instructions with the transportation and restaurant recommendations. Great service.

Nicco, was terrific! Offered us tasty cappucino, awesome advice on how to get around and what to do. Clean sheets, strong AC, easy access to the train station. 5 min to the station 18 min to the major sites. Strongly recommend.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and our host was very accommodating and helpful in arranging transportation and pointing out locations to restaurants and sites. Great location, 3-4 minutes walk from Belfiore tram stop. Only 4 rooms so intimate and Niccolo is an excellent host, very knowledgeable about the area and makes great coffee in the morning. The room was awesome, nice and big with high ceilings but the bed and pillows were the best aspect, easily the best sleeps i've had on holiday for a while and i've stayed in a few 5 star locations.
