Room was clean, comfortable and smelled nice. breakfast had decent options and staff was friendly. The gym was ok, but the treadmill wasn’t working, but im sure if you mentioned to staff they would try to fix it.

We arrived the night before Easter and when we woke up, there was a bag on our door and an assortment of Easter eggs in the halls. The hot breakfast was nice. Hot foods like sausage and grits, fruit, cereal and made to order mini waffles. The front desk staff even had an Easter coloring book and crayons for my kids. Definitely felt like a home away from home.

Overall a great stay. Our room could have used a little cosmetic attention (cracking ceiling paint, crevices around bathtub needed cleaning) but otherwise the room was comfortable and spacious. Excellent location - walk across the street for a variety of restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, can't overstate this. Some stained carpet in hallway and some running stains on bathroom wall, but still felt clean overall. Good breakfast as with all Hamptons.

This hotel is dirty. I chose this hotel based off of reviews. Carpets are dirty. Sheets appeared clean. Walls had odd stains on them. Room did not appear sanitized. Due to purchasing under hotels.com, the hotel said to take my complaints up with them. Parking lot is not well lit. I was hesitant the whole I was there.
