The location is wonderful and the staff was also wonderful and so helpful. Definitely call ahead if you are driving and need to park so they are ready for you to stop in front of the hotel and valet your car.

Found the position near station and all the sites so easy to visit. As in Florence you would wish to eat out endless choices we did not miss a dinning restuarant, breakfast was fine. Recomend a visit.

The hotel was wonderful. It was clean. In the center of town. Staff were always happy to help. Great suggestions on where to eat. I emailed them before I arrived. We drove to the hotel and they had the parking garage pick up our car. It was very handy. You needed about 1/2 hour for them to get the car from the garage. Their breakfast was marvelous and plenty full. The rooms were nice. But their windows were high off the ground. The ac was good. The tub is slippery and its edge is high. There are elevators but they are small. I would go back there the next time in Florence.
