Estimado Jorge,gracias por apreciar nuestro hotel ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de Florencia, especialmente el servicio de nuestro personal, la limpieza, a la que prestamos la máxima atención todos los días, y nuestro abundante y completo desayuno.En cuanto al tamaño y las características de la habitación y la estructura, están todos claramente indicados en la descripción en línea antes de confirmar la reserva. Nuestro Hotel es un edificio histórico de más de 400 años, protegido y en el corazón del área de la Unesco, por lo que no es posible desvirtuar sus características básicas a pesar de haber sido completamente renovado a lo largo de los años. Tenga en cuenta que incluso los metros cuadrados de las distintas habitaciones se muestran claramente en la descripción online, por lo que no debería sorprenderse. Probablemente no leíste atentamente toda la información antes de confirmar tu reserva, de lo contrario no te habrías sorprendido. La sua recensione invece ci lascia senza parole. Ha prenotato un'ultima camera tripla uso doppia per una sola notte in altissima stagione ad un prezzo di mercato. Tra l'altro, per una serie di spostamenti, vi è stata assegnato senza alcun supplemento un appartamento familiare per 4 persone ancora più grande. Siete arrivati tardi la sera, siete ripartiti presto la mattina...vi abbiamo assistito in ogni vostra richiesta. Non riusciamo proprio a comprendere il motivo di una recensione così dannosa nonché della votazione minima. Che dirvi, non ci avete detto nulla qui, non potevamo sapere di questa vostra sensazione. Ci viene quasi da pensare che abbiate sbagliato Hotel da recensire.

Elena buongiorno e grazie per aver apprezzato il Suo soggiorno presso il nostro Hotel.In merito alle note, ricordiamo che il nostro Hotel è un intero palazzo storico di oltre 400 anni nel cuore del Centro Storico di Firenze, a pochi metri dalla Galleria degli Uffizi e tutte le principali opere e dunque le caratteristiche sono quelle tipiche di un palazzo d'epoca.Non abbiamo capito cosa intende riguardo il WiFi e perchè lo ha definito tale se abbiamo un eccellente impianto che garantisce una linea fluida e molto potente in ogni angolo dell'Hotel e delle camere. We cannot understand the meaning of your review. Practically your review means that you have booked without reading a single feature of the accommodation and the conditions of the Hotel that you were booking. If you had been careful to read all the clearly specified details instead of just stopping at the super offer price you grabbed, you wouldn't have been disappointed. We accept constructive criticism but this complaint is attributable only to your fault and no one else's!You've booked a studio apartment in the annex in the building next door (it's written right in the name of the accommodation you've chosen..."Standard Apartment in the ANNEX"...we can't get any clearer than that!) and it measures about 28 square meters. Do you call small it ? It is a very large size for an accommodation in the historic center of Florence, and all the more so for a 2 star Hotel. Among other things, complete with equipped kitchen and table with chairs.We don't force anyone, on the contrary, we have reminded you about something that you should have already known because it is clearly indicated and that is that check-in is possible until 10.30 pm because the reception closes after a while, as clearly indicated online before confirming...and you didn't read this either! Yes, we are a Hotel with a capital H, a Hotel that all Guests appreciate for our warm and hospitality. We are a 2-star Hotel and for law, we have obligation of 12 hours a day, not 24 hours. But we actually do many more, 18-19 hours a day, so we offer a service far superior to our category.You complain about the characteristics of the building which is a 400 year old building in the heart of the Historic Center of Florence, above the remains of the Roman amphitheater and next door to the house where Michelangelo grew up.Next time, read carefully the characteristics of the accommodation you are booking instead of criticizing the honest work of others unnecessarily just for your mistake and your negligence.

Good morning Sara, we are pleased that you appreciated the service of our staff but we cannot understand these heavy words about our property which is a historic building of over 500 years in the heart of the Historic Center of Florence, completely renovated both in the rooms and in the bathrooms and common areas and all spaces have been optimized to take advantage of every corner.The shower cubicle in the room in which you staied is not very large but is made up of a standard 80x70 centimetres shower tray and also all the measures in square meters and the characteristics of the entire room, bathrooms and realistic photos are clearly published online, so we cannot understand this your amazement.We are really sorry not to have satisfied you further but we cannot understand what you expected more and we believe we don't deserve such a disparaging vote.Regards, StaffHotel Santa Croce

Good morning Mark,we are very sorry you didn't get a good impression. We are opened to any kind of criticism but, just for clarification, we remind you that we have both rooms and apartments and you have chosen and booked a 28 square meters studio apartment, a very large space, especially for the historic center of Florence (we are literally 2 steps from the Uffizi Gallery and all the main sites to visit ). We don't know what measures you are used to or expected to find (since they are clearly stated in the online description as well as a realistic photo gallery of both the apartment and the bathroom!) but if you say that 28 square meters studio in the heart of Historical Centre of Florence is a small size...it's really out of place, specially in a 2 stars Hotel. You probably didn't realize our category and are used to completely different canons.And we just can't understand what you mean by spartan since it is a completely renovated apartment but keeping the classic standards, being in a stodic building of the 1.300s.You could have shown this your discontent here and we would have considered together what to do to satisfy you.
