Very conveniently located. View out the window was gorgeous. The place was clean. Check in was a little weird talking to the property owner through a security camera but it worked.

Housekeeping staff was very good. Management of the check in and checkout was non existent. We had to chase down the owner to be able to get into the room and the kid they sent was trying to be helpful but had to keep checking in with the owners. Location was good and clean

Great location - across street from Duomo. We walked from train station and it was only 10 minutes. The room and bathroom were very clean. The walls are thin and from time to time you hear noise from outside or other room. We only saw person at desk once, when we called to check in and they came from another lication and gave us the key for elevator and door. They do not provide water and recommened we don't drink from tap. It was ok - but not 5 stars.

Location was wonderful and our room was spacious and cute. A little noisy in the morning and night when the restaurants opened and closed. The shops was noisy for a short period of time setting up and tearing down. Not something to worry about.

The best part of this place is the location and that’s it. When we got into town to check in, there was no one there and had to message them that we are outside. Someone came with a key and met us outside and then asked for the deposit and cash but didn’t have change and we don’t have the exact amount. She suggested we find that exact amount before we checked out and then left and never saw her again. During our three nights day, we only saw someone at the desk one time for about 10 minutes so wasn’t very helpful when we had questions. Our room was cleaned every day but did not get fresh towels, so I had to reuse it for all the days. Made it work, but I wouldn’t say it again.
